So now I'm using the smart scan every few weeks to see if I got any other well-hidden infections (luckily that was the only one thus far).
However, for some reason the update failed for a few days and i have no idea why. after quite a few attempts it finally worked again but now I'm afraid it would become an ongoing problem. Hope not.
